This a really cool, 'quintessentially Kiwi' board and batten townhouse, recently refurbished throughout and located only a 7 min drive from the main street, Queen Street, Auckland. Its close to Eden Park, St Lukes Mall, Dominion Rd and Sandringham Rd and is only 15-20 mins from the Airport.

Its also across the road from Gribblehirst Park, where there is a children's playground and flying fox which the kids love! The North facing deck area has a spa and is totally private and really quiet. It also has great views to Sky Tower, Mt Eden and Eden Park.

Its perfect for groups going to the cricket or rugby or for seeing Auckland City. I think its a really cool house and as it faces North it is super warm in winter. In summer because the sun stays higher in the sky, the house stays nice and cool.

Suitable for 8 guests in 5 rooms: 1 x Super king bed, 2 x Queen beds, 1 x single bed in mezzanine and 1 x single in study.

  • Lovely house, lots of room for a big family

    Lovely house, lots of room for a big family. Must say that the stairs are narrow and they felt a bit unsafe for an elderly person to use. But over all really good house to stay in. Would recommend to all.

  • This property is in a handy location (walking distance) to Morningside train...

    This property is in a handy location (walking distance) to Morningside train station ( which connected easily) for our show at Mt smart stadium. Also handy to cafes and eateries and a shopping centre. The property is well appointed with comfy beds and all the modcons in kitchen / lounge. Lovely spa outside and plenty of off street parking. The only point to note is there a a number of narrow sets of stairs to access the bedrooms - which could be tricky for some people. Happily stay again.

  • This house felt like a tree house when we first entered it

    This house felt like a tree house when we first entered it ...so many rooms and different levels, my 3 year old absolutely loved exploring it. The house had everything we needed and also had those little extras like the spa and the fun park across the road.

    Very close to Eden Park, St Lukes Shopping Mall and Auckland City. Was generally only 15 mins to most other places we visited; Newmarket, Parnell. 17mins by car to Sylvia Park. Quiet location. House was well appointed, clean and spacious. Multi level house so something to think about if you cannot manage stairs. Stairs are very narrow but no complaints. Large opening doors on both floors. Spa pool in great condition and clean. Would definitely rebook and recommend. Thank Ben!
