Property was in a fabulous location right on the beach in Titikaveka, steps from the water. Property was clean with all the mod-cons such as dishwasher, washing machine and air-con for the warm nights. Couldn't fault the accommodation. Would come back in a heartbeat. Walking distance to a small grocery store and Charlie's cafe. New sun loungers and a hammock underneath 2 coconut palms where you can relax. Great snorkelling metres away, kayaks and a paddleboard for use . Loved this place.
"Instant Paradise"- don't even need to add water. The location was perfect. Quiet, private with a fabulous close up view of the lagoon and the huge "breakers". Great snorkeling just steps from the door. close to markets, restaurants and cafes. The house was immaculate with great well equipped kitchen. Loads of towels. Indoor and outdoor beachside dining. Washing machine. Snorkel gear, kayaks, paddle board. A wonderful home on this wonderful island.
The location is great, but the property needs some T.L.C we had 4 females (old!!) so the beds in the second bedroom where small and hard alright for small children..most uncomfortable for two of the ladies The bathroom we got used to the cold showers hot water was intermittent, no hot water in the kitchen and light bulbs need replacing. The chairs on the deck are not like in the photo that we had seen on line.
If you want to be in and explore the water, the house is located on probably the best overall beach in Rarotonga . They have a fish chart there and snorkeling, I believe I saw every fish on it, plus turtles, clams and moray eels. The deck is about thirty paces to the water, and they provide kayaks, a paddle board and snorkel gear. Would love to stay there again if I ever get back there!
The property had everything we needed and more. The house was very comfortable, clean, and had all modern facilities including a dishwasher. The location a short walk approx 100m to Moana Sands and about 150metres to the Little Polynesian was very nice to have restaurants that close. The beach, views all fantastic. Deep enough to swim in calm water at high/low tide. Awesome place located ideally on a idyllic island. I have been six times to Rarotonga and this was the best so far I have stayed.
