Very tidy comfort home that is ideal for large family stays. Very quiet in a rural setting yet close enough to Rotorua central. Very friendly manager, nothing to complain except the solar powered water heater left us with no hot water for one night because all was used which is fair enough but would not be the case with other places. A dryer would be nice as it was wet and raining during our stay so we had to take all wet clothing home to dry.
