Cosy enough with the fire. I felt ripped off with the cleaning charge as expected the chalet to be clean. Obviously hadn’t been vacuumed under the couches in a while, had to wash the glasses as they all had dirty film on them and dust around r of bath and on top of fridge.
Thanks for the review Sonja :) We're sorry you felt that the place wasn't up to scratch! I'll inform the Holiday Manager right away and look into this as we really do try to have all our holiday homes spick and span for our guests (unfortunately when the house has a high turn over of guests, especially over the ski season, it's harder to maintain our high standard for our homes). Thanks again for the feedback and we really hope you enjoyed your time away in Ohakune. Kind regards, Scotty
