It is part of a larger apartment complex so is professional cleaned with fresh linen upon your arrive and depart. Additional mid-stay daily cleaning and fresh linen is optional and available for an additional fee upon request. It has its own private swipe key entry, ensuite, TV, bar fridge, coffee/tea making facilities and best of all complimentary jellybeans!
Take note that the room is located on the back building of the complex (not a lake front building) with the main door entry fronting the busy Frankton Road. In summer especially when you might open the windows, you will hear the noise from the passing traffic. During the night it would be quieter so do take note if you're a light sleeper.
The room itself has partial views to the lake front which is just meters away. The Frankton walking/biking track is a scenic must do and only 4kms to central Queenstown. Being right at the Frankton Marina, you can also hire water equipment such as boats, kayaks and paddle board subject to the seasons. A stroll to the nearby popular Boatshed Cafe is a must. Activity bookings can be made at reception.
The complex is located close to the Queenstown airport, Remarkables retail centre, Five Mile retail centre and Remarkable ski fields.
