Location is great with easy access to the town centre without having to use a car. Layout of house is a bit unusual with a sofa bed in the main bedroom but we made it work for our two families. BBQ is small so hard to cook everything on it for more than 4 people. Weather was warm when we stayed so we made good use of the outdoor tables. Bright and airy place.
Very convenient location with a breathtaking walk into town along the lake. The house is tastefully decorated with plenty of room for us all. The lounge room is a great place to congregate but we were all able to find a place to retreat for some quiet time. We'd definitely stay here again.
The house is spacious and once we got the heating going at the right temperature, nice and warm, located about 10 mins walk from the town centre. Great views and mostly very well equipped, clean and comfortable. However the shower arm in the ensuite turned out to be loose and wouldn't stay up, toilet paper supplies were low and a lock of some kind on the main bathroom would be welcome. (and maybe a light for the bottom step). Great place to stay, just needs a little more attention to detail....
Thanks for your feedback. We always welcome suggestions in order to improve our services. I am glad you felt comfortable here. I had a look at the shower arm with the handyman and after a little tightening, he was able to get it secured again. Thanks for pointing this out to us! A lock has been attached to the bathroom door. As we are not a hotel, we only provide toilet paper/tea/coffee for the initial part of a stay. We do not cater for the entire duration. Thankyou and I hope to see you again
