Eva's Home is a 3 bedroom plus loft Napier holiday home, located right across the road from the water!

This Napier holiday home includes cosy open plan living with sea views. The fireplace ensures toasty winter stays, or set yourself up on the sheltered patio where you can dine al fresco with sea views!

There are 3 bedrooms at this Napier accommodation, plus a loft. Bedroom 1 enjoys sea views out to Cape Kidnapper, and is fitted with a king bed. Bedroom 2 is fitted with a queen bed, and bedroom 3 is fitted with a single bed. Additional sleeping is available in the open plan loft area, including 2 single beds.

For days outdoors, you can enjoy the The Aquarium and a recreational area right across the road. This area includes a cycle park, and a water garden. Plus, the Hawkes Bay Cycle Trail is right across the road! For other amenities, the CBD is a mere 5 minute walk making this an ideal base for the Wine Trail and Art Deco Festival! If it's rugby, cricket or an event at Mclean Park that brings you to Hawkes Bay, then this property will be perfect for your stay, it being only a 5 minute walk away.

For a comfortable stay in a convenient location, Eva's Home is an excellent Napier base!

  • Location couldn't be better

    Location couldn't be better. A couple of minor points, a television would have been nice in the large lounge and a better selection of reading material/games/cd's and videos.

  • Perfect location just a couple of blocks along from town

    Perfect location just a couple of blocks along from town. Easy family living with everything you need for a weekend away. Note that if you're a light sleeper this may not be the property for you as the train goes past quite close during the middle of the night (suspect this is the case for all Marine Parade properties). It didn't bother us at all, but just something to be aware of.

  • Overall, the house was clean

    Overall, the house was clean. The four sleeping areas were a plus. Sadly, the train tracks were closer than we realized.
