Flat or duplex | Dunedin City | #28625
This one bedroom flat offers a fresh alternative to a motel. While being part of a 1960s home the accommodation is completely separate from the main house with its own entrance.
Only a short harbour side drive from the city centre in the peninsula area called The Cove, this is the perfect spot to base yourself while you explore the many unique attractions of Dunedin.
For example, spend a day pottering around the Peninsula, Larnach Castle, The Albatross Colony at Tairoa Head, Glenfalloch Gardens, to name a few places of interest.
Dunedin city itself offers many free visitor options from museums (Toitu and the Otago museum), heritage architecture such as the Railway Station, the Botanical gardens or perhaps check out Speights Brewery the Cadbury Factory Tours (entry fees charged).
Remember to take in the beautiful local beaches of St Kilda and St Clair-the latter offering popular cafes and restaurants - are all only about 10-15 minutes away. There is a bus stop close to the property and off street parking is available (on a slope).
Wireless broadband internet is available. Tea, coffee etc provided.
Please note that there is a minimum 3 night stay over Easter weekend and also Christmas/New Year weeks.
NB:Due to high demand, accommodation nights for concerts at the Forsyth Barr Stadium will be POA. Thanks.

The location was fantastic. Out of town but close enough to make multiple trips in and out of the city if necessary. Very tranquil and extremely well presented. Every last detail has been thought about. The kitchen is well equipped with quality items. Haven at The Cove is extremely tidy and felt like a home away from home. Great value for money. We will definitely return.
