Chalet | Ohakune | #28859
This property is 13a Rail Way Row, making it the closest house in town to the Turoa ski fields. Not only that but you are right on the reserve and back onto the national park so you have space and adventure right at your door step. The wrap around deck with the spa nestled next to nature make it a great place to unwind. For a great dinner out you can walk around the corner to the Keg.
Then you step inside and are met by a modern two bedroom chalet which is well thought out. Each bedroom has queen size beds, the beds will be made up and ready for your arrival. There are also drawers for your ease as well as oil heaters & electric blankets for your comfort. Also curtains are black out, ideal for sleep.
The lounge has a big comfortable couch situated in front of the gas fire place and 42 inch plasma screen for you to relax at it's best. The open plan living allows you to be in the galley kitchen and still be part of it all. Four bar stools allow for entertaining too. The kitchen boasts a large gas cook top, is fully set up for all your cooking and entertaining needs. Then through to a great bathroom, and on to the laundry and drying room area.
The couch can be pushed together to allow for an extra couple to stay, but that will see a charge of $20pp for each night. Linen will need to be brought along for them. But the linen for the beds, towels and even spa towels are there for the four guests the place has been ideally designed for, and will be washed by the cleaner, who will also take care of cleaning up on your departure. This means you can arrive, enjoy and then leave without the hassle of thinking what needs to be missed out on to get it sorted. Even the extra hour departure time has your maximum relaxation and fun in mind.
Arrival time is 2pm and the departure is 11am to ensure the cleaner has time to get it nice and ready for the next guests.
There is welcome information on arrival to help navigate the chalet and the town itself!

Awesome location-first Bach by road up to Turoa. Drying room wonderful and cleaning included in price was a bonus. Warm and well appointed. Would have been nice to have bed side lamps and tables on both beds. Well appointed if you wanted to cook 'in'. Blackout curtains were brilliant. Didn't use spa but a great option for weary bodies. Would definitely stay again!
Awesome location with everything needed for a great holiday. The drying room was perfect for wet ski gear and a spa under the stars was just what we needed after skiing. Amazing number of Kereuru in the area could be watched out the windows. Will definitely stay again.
