Perfect location on the best beach with amazing snorkelling!! House was simple but had everything we needed. Lots of room and perfect for the kids! great for 2 families with 4 bedrooms ( 2 x 2 rooms each sharing a bathroom) a big outdoor covered area with a bbq. We watched whales swimming by while sitting enjoying a drink!

  • We loved the location and access to the beach

We loved the location and access to the beach. This is a great holiday house and suited our purpose, the house worked very well with 3 couples. If you enjoy hiring kiwi bach's then this will suit families and couples.

  • Our two families (11 of us) had a fantastic time at Paia's

Our two families (11 of us) had a fantastic time at Paia's. Great having the 2 bathrooms for adults and our teens. Perfect snorkelling at Titkaveka, a few steps away, beautiful view, stunning sunsets, warm tropical sea to swim in, great to have sun loungers & BBQ, also picnic table on the sand to use. Plenty of outside space undercover and lines to dry gear and swimwear. The house was clean with all the basics we needed. Would love to come again, Meitaki maata!

  • Donna's home in Rarotonga was an absolute dream! Photos do not do...

Donna's home in Rarotonga was an absolute dream! Photos do not do justice! It was absolute paradise to wake in the morning & walk out of our rooms to a stretch of grass, palm trees & beautiful blue beach as far as the eye could see. Lying in bed listening to the waves crashing as they sent you off to sleep is something we miss already! The house is very well located to Muri's attractions. The house is basic but that suits our vibe, it's a beach house not the HIlton.

  • Location is fantastic and the house is set up really well

Location is fantastic and the house is set up really well. It's a shame there were no kayaks and The tv didn't work as there is no aerial on the roof. The beds are around 40 years old, shabby, dirty and shockingly uncomfortable due to springs pushing through the mattresses. The pillows are so flat we had to buy new ones for our stay. The extra blankets are old and dirty and do not have duvet covers on them and the towels are thin, old and shabby. Water pressure is almost non existent!
