Cottage | Ahuriri | #29683
Ahuriri is a creative mix between old and new quirky and conservative. It has become the place to live, but what I love is that some of those a little bit offbeat are here to stay. Everything is close by, there are some lovely walks, shops, beaches and fantastic night life with a huge selection of bars and restaurants.
There are buses that leave from across the road to town. Easy walking and biking.

A great value property, with a quirky interior, and everything you could need for a comfortable break. the outside space is pretty and shady, which was handy when it was 33 degrees one afternoon we were there. About 35mins walk into Napier centre, or about 12 dollars in a Taxi, it is away from the busier centre, but close to several bars and places to eat locally. The Thirsty Whale is good for a drink, and enjoyed some good food and wine at Boardwalk - about 5mins walk. Would love to return! :~)
