A pretty, easy-to-live-in cottage right by the water in a beautiful location. Some thoughtful touches from Shelley we really appreciated. The bay is tidal, which means it’s shallow for swimming and when the tide’s out it’s not possible to swim really. No bother if you want to lie around and read and soak up the sun – it would just be good to have known. Builders next door were a bit noisy one morning, but otherwise a peaceful and lovely place. (NB. A washing machine would have been useful.)
The location is amazing, it is private and quiet, the water comes right up to the deck. A 10 minute easy walk gets you right into Russell. The cottage itself is very homely but modern. It was a wonderful holiday and we will be back. Thank you Shelley for sharing your piece of paradise
A charming, quaint old cottage with a fresh modern and stylish twist. Impeccably clean and very well appointed. A perfect spot to unwind. Endless fascination provided by birds, tides and boats, but a pleasant stroll to The Gables Restaurant for the best meals in town if you can tear yourself away.
