Wonderful charm, tastefully decorated, quality bedding/linen and lounge furnishings. Everything you need in the kitchen, excellent water pressure in the bathroom. Fire is plenty big enough to heat the place which retains the heat well. Location is great - not too far away from Queenstown/Arrowtown yet feels remote but there is plenty to do around the area. Highly recommend.
This is the most beautiful get away we have stayed in. Everything is there that you need and is the highest quality from the extra towels to fine linen sheets. Shelly and Neil have created the most beautiful guest house and we will definitely be back to experience this place in all the different seasons. Loved every minute.
Simply delightful, the decor of the Boathouse was wonderful, perfect setting, lovely and peaceful but not to far from Arrowtown and the ski fields. No problems with keeping warm with the log burner despite the sub zero temperatures outside. Neil and Shelley are very friendly and helpful.
