Pegasus Lodge is a large four bedroom lockwood house built in 2000, that comfortably sleeps 12 people.

Latest news - we have our own bore and so will not run out of water this summer. Many other places are unfortunately struggling to get water this summer but you will not have such concerns here.

We provide the closet accommodation to the Onetangi Wine Valley, with Te Motu, Stonyridge and Wild on Waiheke ready to be enjoyed.

Set on the top of a hill, in 15 acres of vineyards, olive groves, farm paddocks and orchards. The juicy apricots and plums are ripe for eating, and the new deck awaits your next BBQ. There is plenty of space for parking, relaxing and exploring.

Stunning views of the surrounding vineyards including Te Motu, Stonyridge; and you can also walk to Casita Miro and Obsidian wineries and restaurants.

The Lodge is three minutes drive to the lovely Onetangi Beach, and across the road from the Waiheke Island Golf Course; with a bus stop right at the gate.

The kitchen is well equipped for entertaining large groups, with a dishwasher, double oven, bosch gas hob, two fridges, ice maker, and specialised wine fridge. A large table seats guests for formal dining, or you can enjoy the extensive deck around the BBQ.

Waiheke Island is known for its' beaches, vineyards, and tourist attractions e.g. Ecozip, Wild on Waiheke. You are also welcome to enjoy our 15 acres (5 hectares) of vineyards, olive groves and farm paddocks.

Come and meet the sheep, chickens, pigs, horse, rabbits and doves. Pets are welcome, upon application.

The house was tidy, spacious and comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. We really enjoyed the convenience of the location, being within walking distance of several vineyards, Wild on Waiheke and two horse trekking companies. Onetangi beach was a two minute drive away and the supermarket only 5 minutes away.

Pegasus Lodge is a one of a kind property located at the top of a beautiful hill in the heart of Waiheke Island. Surrounded by vines, olive trees, and free roaming animals (friendly sheep, a goat, pigs, and chickens) our family (including two children) loved every moment we spent there. The lodge itself is large and accommodating, with beautiful ceilings, bathrooms, deck, large kitchen, and nice living area. It is very peaceful while being centrally located amongst incredible vineyards.
