The apartment has one large bedroom with a modern ensuite, a big lounge, and an open plan kitchen. There is plenty of natural light from windows and sliding doors, which open out to a beautiful garden.
Great for visiting couples and business travel. We’re also happy to consider longer-lets and can accommodate extra people.
Private parking right outside the front door. Garden access and a deck with seating for four.
Fully-outfitted kitchen with stainless steel appliances, an induction stove, microwave, refrigerator, toaster, electric kettle and Nespresso machine. Plus everything you could want for cooking - pots, pans, chopping boards, serving bowls etc. We also provide all the basics including milk, tea, coffee, bread, butter, eggs, snacks and cooking and cleaning essentials.
Open plan kitchen and lounge, with a dining room table and four chairs, two leather sofas, a HD TV with cable and a DVD player. There’s also high speed wireless internet throughout the flat.
Large bedroom with a queen bed, two bedside tables, and ample wardrobe space with plenty of room for hanging and folding.
Modern bathroom with two sinks, a toilet and a shower. We provide all the basics here too - soap, shampoo, conditioner, and cleaning supplies.
Vacuum provided, and use of a full size washer/dryer, iron and ironing board (located in the garage).
The owners live above the apartment and will be onsite to welcome you. You'll have separate access to this completely self-enclosed space, but we're happy to help if you need it during your stay.
Part of Auckland - NZ's largest city, surrounded by sea and full of exciting events and stunning views - Campbell’s Bay is one of the city’s most sought-after suburbs and one of the picturesque east coast bays. It has its own beach, with walkways to the other beaches along the coast, a golf course, and beautiful parks and bush walks. Plus a corner store and good japanese restaurant 3 minutes from apartment.
Special conditions: Stays of two nights or more - single night stays are not accepted. No smoking allowed on the property. Check-in is any time from 2pm and check-out is 10 am (however, I will do my best to be flexible if needed).

Arrived late and hungry to a warm, cosy unit, food in the fridge and a bottle of wine...what more could I ask?! Very cosy and great location. Trees surround the place and birdsong and sun streams in Loved it and i will be back Thank you Sharon
Perfect location close to a family friendly beach but back from the main road so nice and quiet. Greenery and flowers kept it feeling private. Clean and well appointed. Was fantastic for us as a couple visiting family nearby.
