You’ll feel like you’re on holiday immediately you walk into this North facing cosy cottage, which has panoramic harbour views. The cottage contains 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms split over two levels.

Entry to the top level is via the carport, where there are 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and an open plan kitchen dining and lounge. The main bedroom has a queen bed, the second bedroom has a king single, with a single trundle bed which pops up to the same height. Expansive harbour views are enjoyed from the kitchen, lounge, dining, main bedroom and spacious deck, which is accessed via French doors from the lounge. There is a fully functioning bath on the deck.

The lower level has external access only and contains a large bedroom area with one queen bed and a sofa bed which folds out to a small double. There is also a separate shower and toilet. Lovely harbour views can also be taken in from this level.

The home overlooks the silos and wharf area where the renowned fish and chip shop is. Access to the wharf area is via steps just a few metres from the driveway entrance. Cafes in the township are within an easy walking distance. Swimming area is a walk and the surf beach is a drive away.

Outdoor shower (cold). Offstreet parking available for at least 3 vehicles.

Property has a small lawn area.

For those that want in house entertainment there is a small selection of games, a 40” high definition LED TV with free view, a radio, CD / DVD player, which has bluetooth and a lead to plug your ipod into.

Linen can be supplied for an additional charge.

Special conditions: Washing machine on lower level, laundry tubs on both levels. Please bring your own beach towels. No pets. Smoking welcome, but outside only please. Thank you.

  • Perfect for a family break

    Perfect for a family break. Great views with large deck to enjoy the sun. Good location; VERY close to Wharf area and an easy walk into town to enjoy cafes, galleries etc. Had everything we needed. We didn't use the downstairs apartment but it gives huge flexibility for older kids, in-laws, another family etc. All good!!

  • Although the property was a little old it was clean and tidy...

    Although the property was a little old it was clean and tidy and perfectly satisfactory for our needs. The view was very pleasant and it was located ideally with regards to that wonderful fish and chip shop! We also enjoyed a meal at the restaurant to the left of the steps leading down to the wharf. We very soon felt "at home" there and looked forward to coming back to it after each day's activity.
