  • We loved the location

We loved the location...a 5 minute walk down to town (through a path down the opposite end of Gibbs from which you drove in). Great sense of history and building pride from the original owner whose life was profile in an article on display. I usually correlate great experiences at homes that have bookcases that I find engrossing - this one was great. The oven range was a bit finicky but we managed. 9-man morris was a revelation!

  • Absolutely stunning

Absolutely stunning. We love everything about this property from the surrounding narive bush, the gardens, the wood interior and that view. Just the right amount of homely touches, everything you need while staying at a home away from home. We will definitely be back. Being from just over the hill in Nelson, we hope that this will continue to be a place for my husband and I to get away. We will also be recommended it to other friends and family. Thank you for sharing this beautiful place with us
