Trendy, modern two level spacious townhouse, with comfortable 5 bedroom, 2 bathroom accommodation in top location in Rotorua.

Ground floor has open planned kitchen/dining/living, master bedroom with ensuite, guest toilet, laundry, 5th bedroom, entry foyer & double garage. The upper floor has spacious lounge, three double bedrooms, bathroom & separate toilet.

Master bedroom with king-size bed and ensuite, 2nd bedroom has a queen bed, 3rd & 4th bedrooms have two single beds & the 5th bedroom has single bunk beds.

Double lock-up garage with internal access (ie.lockable storage for mountain bikes). There are two separate living areas available - a patio off the lounge/dining area & master bedroom, plus a paved patio area.

Special conditions: Bookings must be a minimum of 2 nights over the weekend, 3 nights during long weekends and a minimum of 4 nights during Easter Weekend, unless by prior arrangement. Longer term rates available by arrangement.

  • What a great house

    What a great house. It really met our needs for an extended family gathering. There was plenty of room for us and our 3 sons with their wives and children and the layout meant we weren't all on top of each other.

    Loved the house and close proximity to other family. Really enjoyed our stay here and will definitely use it again. On a negative note; the cleaner could use more Exit Mould in the bathrooms and could clean the coffee cups out of stains more!!

    As the house is in the sulphur area the chrome in the bathrooms suffers from tarnishing or goes black over time so not much we can do, also re coffee cups as we allow guests to self clean we dont check the house that thoroughly after use, pleased you enjoyed your stay tho

  • Enjoyed our stay over the long weekend

    Enjoyed our stay over the long weekend. Property is located on a quiet none-exist street but handy to town centre. House itself is well structured and fully equipped, a truly "going back home" feeling. Strongly recommended. Thanks for letting us staying in Evan.
