Bach or holiday home | Albert Town | #31615
Kia Ora & Gudday...
Welcome to our little bach that is 14a Dale Street, Albert Town, Wanaka.
It’s a little slice of kiwiana and ideal for a small group; one family or two couples. It’s not super flash - you have to wash the dishes in the sink - but it’s cute, cosy, comfy and clean, and we think it’s a real cracker. Set in a quiet spot, it is only a two minute walk to the beautiful Clutha River, a two minute walk to the local store & tavern and a five minute drive to Wanaka township. There are amazing mountain-biking tracks and walks right on the doorstep.
It is family friendly with a cupboard full of games, puzzles & plenty of books. A clear favourite with the kids is bathing in the big plastic tub (as there is only a shower). The unit has a small yard which is well fenced and there is a good playground just down the road. We have wifi, a TV, a DVD player & DVD's to keep them amused if it's a rainy day.
Our bach has a wood burner, heat-pump & there’s also panel heaters in the bedrooms to keep you toasty during winter, we even supply hotties. Fans & the air-con unit keep you cool on those hot summer days. The heat-pump/air con can be turned on by us remotely using wifi so the house is already a comfortable temperature for your arrival.
Beds are clean and super comfortable with good quality duvets. Bring your own linen or we can arrange linen hire for you.
Bookings are FOUR night stay minimum. Please note that it is professionally cleaned for you when you leave and this is an extra $80 for your stay.

"Neighbours vehicles occupying all of the driveway". This will be resolved soon with a subdivision currently going through the council. The existing fence will move out, dividing the two properties down the length of the driveway. The fence and landscaping will create more of a private, larger outdoor space.
