Very relaxing and peaceful. Felt like a home. Great location to beach, walks and Wellington.
A cosy Bach just down from Makara beach and only 20 mins or so from Wellington CBD. Good walks along the coast and up to the wind farm. At night the only noise is the sea. Recommended
Comfortable cozy traditional Bach on a beautiful wild coast. Hopefully we will back. Thank you for the welcoming Christmas cake it was delicious!
We really enjoyed our stay here, thank you for sharing your lovely and comfortable house with us
We enjoyed our stay in Christina's rental and Makara Beach proved a great place to for walks, short hikes, and viewing the fabulous bird life on the beach, and in the river estuary. The rental was clean and we were able to make our own meals in the well equipped kitchen which is what we prefer while traveling. Christina paid us a visit to make sure that all was well and her neighbor, Peter was also helpful in getting us settled. Ounce one knows the easier road to go to Wellington we had no problem visiting sites we wanted to see and buying groceries at markets in the nearby towns. Walter and Kris Wogee Skyforest, California
