  • Situated in historic Arrowtown, a 2 min walk to town' main street.
  • Big section, plenty of room to entertain outdoors, great outdoor furniture.
  • Private, quiet, and a section back from the road.

Traditional older style family crib in the historic heart of Arrowtown. The dwelling has great 'feel' like the cribs we all stayed in as kids with older style furniture & modern appliances & bedding. However - if you are used to modern 5-star accommodation then this crib is probably not for you. If you want value for money, warm with plenty of room, big private quiet section and walking distance to town but an older crib with a family atmosphere then this is the place for you!

We urge you to think carefully to avoid disappointment on arrival. We have made this self catering to give the families out there somewhere they can afford to stay.

It occupies a large, sunny, private section that is child & outdoor-living friendly (however smaller children would still have to be supervised as not completely fenced). The crib is a two block stroll to the village center/river.

A top of the line recently installed hyper-core heat-pump will give you instant heat or cooling. The crib also has a large efficient wood-burner for use if wood is available. New wool carpet and thick underlay has recently been installed in the main living area. We also have "Free-view" television for your relaxation & comfort.

(Please note that this is a self catering and you are required to bring your own linen and dispose of rubbish). The crib is to be left as found please.

Special conditions: Please note that there are two bedrooms inside the crib, with the sleepout acting as a third. Two night minimum stay. We ask that guests bring their own linen (sheets, towels etc). Duvet inners & pillows supplied. We also require that guests dispose of all rubbish as instructed and leave the crib as they find - this will be checked after your departure.

the location of the property is awesome, walking distance from the shops, river, most important for my son: skate park! the house has a nice outdoor space to enjoy the view of the hills.we enjoyed beautiful art, and my son loved the toys. it has everything we needed. sadly what we have used the most was the washing machine and dryer as the place was really dusty and my partner got a bit allergic. so we washed the duvets. the room that is not attached to the house smelled humid so didn't help.
