Superb , a detached haven of peace and quiet, sheltered amongst bush with bay views right on the top of the access hub (60M) to all Walkworth accessed towns, beaches, bays, ferry, villages, restaurants, wineries etc all from 2 mins to 15 mins access by car/bike
Only very slight drawback - may be dangerous to get out into fast moving traffic - solved by advice to turn left and turn around in wide gateway a bit further on the right. A beautiful place, gardens are spectacular. Very quiet.
