  • Location was excellent, however the property is very run down and in...

    Location was excellent, however the property is very run down and in need of renovation and deep cleaning. Both couples rent out holiday houses and do so using professional cleaners and hire linen. Work to do before it gets let again. Realise that this is usually an owner occupier property but that means it should be of an even higher standard.
