The property was just as the photos/description suggested. It was super cosy in winter. I particularly enjoyed lying in the bed upstairs catching the morning sun- quite a sun trap! There is a fire and heat pump which was great if you didn't have time to get fire going. Location was easy 4 minute walk to town - very convenient. The only downfall was the Arrowtown fire brigade siren going off quite a few nights in a row - which was unavoidable and quite Kiwi funny. Great little house. Thanks
