The star ratings are a bit subjective really however if someone is looking for a genuine 'kiwi batch' experience then this batch is the place. The slightly elevated position gives 180 degree views and is literally a stones throw from the beach. The Pouto Lighthouse which is located on the Pouto peninsula at the Northern end of the Kaipara Harbour was well worth the effort to visit with its stunning location overlooking the entrance to the Kaipara harbour.
