Great little bach - well equipped, lovely view, stone's throw from a great swimming hole and the beach, backs on to the bush, big back-yard. Worth noting that it is very compact however - so probably comfortable for max 4-5 people. Overall we loved our stay.

  • Bach was cute, cosy and well equipped

Bach was cute, cosy and well equipped. I think it would be a tad too cosy if more than 4 people as living area is limited.

  • Pros - quintessential kiwi bach

Pros - quintessential kiwi bach. Nice quiet location. Really enjoyed the kayaks. Cons- local drivers drove quite fast along the road out front so not really that ideal for young children. Shower pressure non existent and lack of washing machine caused some dramas. Biggest issue was the need to take our rubbish with us - not really realistic given we live in Wellington! But despite these challenges we enjoyed the stay overall.
