Nestled on a hill side with a native bush backdrop and facing north east for all day sun, this stunning beach home has uninterrupted views of the Pacific Ocean.

Set on just over one hectare and offering four bedrooms and a garage studio, including the master with ensuite and spectacular views from every room. Larger groups can sleep ten comfortably with five queen beds and a set of bunks with a trundler bed.

As the focal point of the house the main living area, with wide windows and glass sliding doors provide panoramic views from the Poor Knights Islands in the Northeast, Mokohinau Islands, Hen and Chick Islands and on a clear day the Great Barrier Island.

Outdoor living is enhanced by expansive timber decks which flow seamlessly from the open plan living. Enjoy the fresh sea air while dining alfresco.

    The 100km/h limit sign going up to ody road should removed as it does not have any use. No one will go more than 40km on an unsealed/dusty road. We got a heads up that there will no phone signal on the property but having one would be good. Not sure why there's none being at a very high area.

  • Awesome place for a getaway

    Awesome place for a getaway. Super private and very well maintained. There are some awesome beaches and bush walks nearby that are worth checking out. Heaps of room for the kids to run around & ride their bikes which was much appreciated. The garage room is a bit colder than the rest of the house but there were plenty of extra blankets around. Thanks so much for having us!
