There is a keypad on the door, so you can arrive any time you like.
There is a car port for parking up to 2 vehicles.
Local cafes, near the lake, this sleepy neighbourhood is quiet.
There is a bus into central Rotorua from just down the road.
This house is just a few minutes walk to the lake, and a boat ramp in case you enjoy boating on the lake.
NOTE #1: This house is located near a lake, which mean there are alot of insects/bugs and pests about. Occasionally these can end up inside.
NOTE #2: If you are wanting to go to the lake you must use the public roads. Please DO NOT go down the driveway as this is NOT a direct route to the lake and is trespassing!
NOTE #3: The property has a steep set of stairs which many not be suitable for younger children or the elderly.

Good value, basic clean A frame near town in quiet neighborhood. Only shower/full bath is up a set of steep stairs. Near the lake but view is blocked by other houses. Nothing fancy, but location and size make this a great value.
The house has lots of charme and is cosy but the photos doesn't show the currently status as it is a little bit "older" (I mean that when we saw the photos we thought it is very new). The kitchen could have more cooking equipment and the garden around the house has only plasticgrass what we didn't like so much. But we had nice days and James and Chris are very friendly and helpful manager!
