This well appointed house is located in one of the many best locations in Tauranga Central Avenues . The house is located a very short walk to the waterfront , you can watch the sun go down , take a stroll along the waterfront or even just relax and take the sounds of the water going in and out . The house location is a short walk to four supermarkets, close to town strand where all the bars , restaurants and shops and that retail therapy you been waiting for. Mt Mauanganui is our sea side attraction , oozing with water sports, more bars and restaurants . Of course not forgetting the Mounts is One of New Zealand's beautiful beaches and great for surfing etc.The house is an Oasis of being very quiet surroundings huge decks, sun , close water front , Good size deck for relaxing and of course this house is brand new inside with all the bells and whistles , ie Bosch full range appliances, out door furniture, bbq and heat pump.Also outdoor entertainment deck , webber BBQ and spa pool ??

Special conditions: Smoking outside away from house and NO Parties .Copy of your drivers licence needs to be e mailed when you request your stay . Noise must be at a minimum due to tenant living next door . Of course you here to enjoy yourself however it must be fair and reasonable . P drug testing will be done after each stay , any positive result will be reported to the police and prosecuted . For Corporate customers for more than two weeks stay you will receive complimentary house keeping .

    Price was perhaps slightly at the high end of what we would normally pay but it was over a long weekend where accommodation was at a premium. It was a tidy and beautifully presented home in a great location. We were there for 8 hours to sleep so we weren't able to enjoy all the facilities. However, we thought the amenities (The Strand, supermarkets etc) would've been a bit closer but we had a car so it was no biggie. Thank you Jason!
