This 1930's Beach Front Bach was completely renovated in 2013/14 and won an architectural award for interior design in 2015.The Bach provides luxury yet relaxing holiday accommodation just 20 metres from the shores of Manly Beach. Manly Beach is a sheltered, north facing beach just 40 km North of Auckland City and is perfect for all water sports including sailing, fishing, kayaking,swimming,wind surfing or kite surfing.

Within 5 minute drive are two golf courses and the Gulf Harbour Marina. The Bach is a short 5 minute walk from the Manly Shopping Centre which offers bars, cafes, restaurants and a medical centre.

A movie theatre and ten pin bowling is within a 10 minute drive and an indoor snow park is located in Silverdale - a short 15 minute drive.

Manly is a great base for exploring the Whangaparaoa Peninsula, Orewa, Puhoi, Matakana, Waiwera, the North Shore and many excellent beaches.

  • The property is lovely, and the location is fabulous if only it...

    The property is lovely, and the location is fabulous if only it hadnt rained the whole time, but having said that with the big living area we were able to enjoy being in together and looking out over the beach

    The property is situated right on the beach with stunning views, it was hard to make yourself away from the comfortable couch to do much else! The house was extremely well equipped with everything you could possibly need, something we were not expecting. We strongly recommend The Bach on Manly for a truly relaxing holiday, you would not regret minute. We want to live in it !

    Great location, just across the street from the beach! The views were fantastic, surrounded by pohutukawa trees, still in bloom. The property had it all, lovely deck, table with umbrella and outdoor fireplace. The backyard had a large deck with a nice barbque as well. We were very close drive into the village with nice cafes, restaurants and other facilities.

    We will definitely be staying at this property in the future. The Bach is open and airy with an amazing view. Having the beach at our doorstep was perfect in every way. The furnishings are lovely and comfortable and the updated kitchen and bathrooms made it feel like a home away from home.
