This fully equipped home also has its own private drive and includes parking space for two cars. This location is very convenient for all of the main town attractions – without having to use your car and the difficulties of high-season parking in Paihia town.
You can also step out directly on to a very large deck, (about 8m x 3.5m), with outdoor furniture and from the deck you can enjoy the gardens and a more distant view across the valley. The gardens have been refurbished over the last four years and now have many shrubs and plants, as well as a large Totara tree which form a part of the overall display.
There is always a shady area on some part of the deck, from the various trees, so you can enjoy a quiet read in this tranquil setting.
As well as being in close proximity to the town centre, the local RSA club is just 150 metres away, on the way towards the town centre, to an even more convenient restaurant if you wish.
The apartment is offered to mature guests only. No groups of guests under the age of 30 years old.

PLEASE NOTE: WHEN BOOKING OVER THE CHRISTMAS OR NEW YEAR PERIOD, THERE IS A FIVE NIGHT MINIMUM from the 15th of December to the 10th of January.

as the remnants of smoke dust clings to fabrics and affects asthma
sufferers; the residual smell also offends non-smokers.
