This is a lovely warm sunny home in an outstanding location. It is clean and tidy without feeling sterile and is packed with character.
The park has concrete pathways that are great for kids bikes or scooters and the dog is able to run free off the lead.
Well behaved pets are welcome and there is a back porch that they can sleep in.
Smokers are welcome to do so outside and enjoy the views.
As you would expect being close to town is great to get to weddings, conferences, restaurant's, cafes etc. with the minimum of fuss.
Marlborough has much to offer and I have compiled a folder of suggestions that us locals like to do.
The apartment has three bedrooms. Two being upstairs and one downstairs.
The bathroom is downstairs and there is another powder room with a toilet and small basin upstairs.
As I stay in a lot of holiday homes myself I like to provide things that I would like myself like lots of good quality towels and bedding, pantry basics and tea and coffee. Books, magazine's, DVDs CDs ,. Some basic toys like Lego for the kids. Shampoo, Conditioner, body wash, hand wash, Laundry powder and plenty of loo rolls plus cleaning products.
The apartment has everything that you would expect in a family home.
