5 stars isn’t enough to explain how fabulous this property is! Everywhere was smart, sparklingly clean and more than met all our requirements. We enjoyed chatting with Caroline each day and having the opportunity to learn about and interact with the alpacas. We visited nearby towns and restaurants recommended by Caroline as well as a longer trip to Wanaka. The drive across the Crown Range was stunning! The panoramic views from the cottage are quite simply breathtaking!
Where to start with such a stunning property. Not only are the host amazing but the serenity was just divine. So quiet and peaceful. We woke up to stunning mountain views. The home itself is so nicely styled and the bed was very comfortable. We loved being located amongst the wineries, and we even lucky enough to take Caroline and Henriks bikes out for a day ride through the Gibbston Valley countryside and along the river. Stopping off at wineries along the way. You won't regret booking!
My wife and I expected to be pleased with our stay at the Paqocha cottage. We were not disappointed. Instead, we were astonished by how much MORE delightful the cottage, the surrounding farm and vineyards, and the entire Gibbston Valley area was than we ever imagined. Cottage guests lack for nothing; absolutely everything is provided. It's comfortable, secure, and oh-so Ahhhhhh. With multiple excellent wineries within a kilometer and a mind-blowing night sky, this stay is not to be missed!
