Bach or holiday home | Ohiwa Harbour | #33358
The sunshine capital of NZ with many stunning beaches, walks and mountain biking tracks to frequent. The city of Whakatane is nearby and is where you can catch a boat to the volcanic White Island, a fishing charter, a movie, go shopping or grab a latte at the many cafes. The town of Opotiki is even closer and has all the supplies you need for a relaxing or action packed holiday.
The bach offers all the mod cons while keeping in true style of the typical kiwi bach. A large secure and safe section that is bathed in sunshine all day with spectacular sunsets. Activity options are many with swimming, bush walks and biking at your doorstep. For those rainy days there are plenty of books, games and DVDs to keep you occupied. A covered deck with comfortable outdoor furniture adds to the living space. A place to relax and enjoy. Plenty of parking in the driveway.
Special conditions: Strictly no smoking. For hygiene reasons please bring top and bottom sheets and pillow cases. Own towels, tea towels and bathmats required. Rubbish must be taken with you, there is a refuse dump in Opotiki.

We stayed over Christmas 2016 Just magic. What a beautiful, tranquil location. Those sunsets spectacular! The house had everything for all ages and stages. Books, games...you name it. Clean and a very well appointed kitchen. Ohiwa is a fabulous place with lots to do with the harbour, beach and estuary for swimming, wind surfing plus plenty of walks along the beach and to the Pa site. Will be back as soon as I can.
This property was excellent. It was a lovely, peaceful location with the harbour straight across the road and a safe surf beach just down the road. It can be hard to find a place that suits a family of 7 but this property was ideal with an excellent deck area, good sized bedrooms and nice big, safe yard. Everything you need is in the house and it is a great touch having the board games, dvds and books etc. Thanks for a great stay.....we will definitely recommend or stay again.
