Great holiday bach situated in a lovely part of the country, enjoyed the farm land in behind and the close walk to awakino head's beach. Recommend this property to all, if you are wanting a traditional kiwi bach experience. Thanks Nikki, for the opportunity. Cheers
Great Kiwi experience bach. Love the lounge where you can all sit at the table, watch TV on the couch or see who is working in the kitchen with the great open plan central area. Has everything you need. Lovely sea view from front and close to beach access. Can't wait to go again.
Dirty mattress pad with pet? hair, dirty furniture (had to cover before using), dirty shower, 2 broken windows that were taped up, and peeling paint all contributed to an abandoned look and feel. By far the worst bach I have ever stayed at. If there had been any other option that night or if I hadn't been so exhausted from the drive I would have kept going. No heater, and comforter and blanket were really stained. It was a cold night. This property feels like a scam and should not be listed.
Thank you again for bringing to our attention your dissatisfaction. The satisfaction of our guests is always a priority. Unfortunately our "Traditional Kiwi Bach" was not to your liking, however the description on listing states what it is and feedback from previous guests says it all. I am sorry the weather was "cold" and you could not locate either of the 2 heaters provided. We will keep your positive suggestions in mind. Hope you enjoyed the beach, town and views.
