Coromandels “Tiki Road” is a warm & peaceful 3 bedroom farmhouse – unique and perfectly suited as a base to explore the wonderful Coromandel Peninsula. Tui, Bellbird and NZ wood pigeons are often seen and heard around the property which provides great space for children and parking for boat/car.

View farm life grazing –Alpaca too, from the kitchen and living areas! Beautiful interior and sited for the sun, comfort is assured. The kitchen's oven, stovetop, and microwave offer the comforts of home. A fridge-freezer and good size pantry allow plenty of storage for longer stays. The lounge opens on to a sheltered outdoor living area with barbeque and fire pit overlooking in rural surroundings.

The Master bedroom opens to a short walk to the Spa Pool and has a great ensuite. Upstairs has 2 bedrooms, both having access to the outside. You will also find a bathroom up there. External stairs allow for private access. The spacious lounge/bar/dining area has large doors opening into a private garden area and outdoor living area.

A few minutes down the road are Coromandel Towns cafes, restaurants and quality takeaways (Indian, Chinese, and Fish & Chips & our new Turkish takeaways) if you're taking it easy. The boutique shops offer an array of local and sourced items.

Nearby attractions: The Waterworks, Driving Creek Railway and Pottery, Waiau Falls, Walking tracks, Horse Trekking, Golf Course, Boat Ramps in Te Kouma and Coromandel Town, Playgrounds and Picnic Areas, The Mussel Kitchen restaurant. Pop into the information site in Coromandel Town.

Special conditions: Guests are expected to clean up and leave the property as found. Smoking allowed outside only. Parking area for boats.

Special conditions: There is open water on the property so child watching is manditory. Tents may be used by arrangement. No sleeping on the antique furniture.
