This is a self contained unit that sits on the same property as my house, with dosnt comprise you privacy at all. The houSe has been my family home for 25 years although is is an older home it comfortable and has a well established garden. It is north facing at the front of the property so it gets all day sun until about 7 PM. It has off street parking , a well equipped kitchen and cotton linen. l offer a laundry service for which there is no charge. The furniture is comfortable and there is most sky TV channels for veiwing. It is a 10 minute walk into central Wanaka & 15 minutes to the lake. 5 minutes will take you to the cinema and restaurant. One of the best cafes is only 8 minutes walk away . l am always available for advice & information. l have maps and activity brochures available
Special conditions: smoking outside only. There is a loft area which accommodates a single bed but would not recommend it for under 9 year old .
