Newly renovated upstairs apartment with large terrace. You will find two bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with two single beds. Both bedrooms have beautiful views to the hills. The bathroom provides a shower and laundrette. The kitchen offers everything you need for preparing your own meals. We maintain a high standard of cleanliness throughout the apartment.

Guest Access

The apartment building is gated and offers two car parks inside the grounds. The apartment key and remote for the external gate will be given to you on arrival. The apartment is private and safe (you can lock the main door to the terrace). There is a small FREE Gym for all residents of the apartment building. We provide our guests with self-help continental breakfast and on request we can accommodate special requirements, e.g. Paleo Muesli.

Interaction with Guests

We love to make an effort to meet our guests' needs. We live close to the apartment and are able to provide help as needed. We know Christchurch and surroundings well and are happy to give helpful tips for dining out or tourists' landmarks that suit our guests' preferences. We can provide discount vouchers for a number of tourist attractions like the gondola, Ferrymead Heritage Park, Antarctic Centre and much more, also for a number of restaurants and cafes.

The Neighbourhood

So handy to everything. Ideally located in the heart of inner city Christchurch, guests will find a mixed use neighbourhood, with inner city residents, professional offices and plenty of cafes and restaurants close at hand.

Getting Around

The Purple Line bus connects the apartment directly with the airport. We also offer airport transfer on request. For all other bus connections, the bus interchange is in walking distance.

  • This apartment really suited us

    This apartment really suited us. Location was central to everything we wanted to do and it was only a few minutes drive to the beach or to the city. We liked having a secure carpark and the neighbourhood was very quiet. The apartment had everything we needed, including a great selection for breakfast. Very modern and comfortable. Highly recommend this place and will definitely stay here again when next in Chch.

    The property was just right, the kids were allowed to just enjoy themselves in a really well kept apartment. We felt very welcomed and the facilities were perfect. The extra food and breakfast items were appreciated. This apartment is fully recommended and we will stay again next time we're in Christchurch.

    Very nice apartment, fully equipped and centrally located. Attention is payed on detail, which helps to make the apartment feel like a temporary home. Katrin has been a very friendly, helpful and pleasant host for us during our two week stay.
