Welcome to 'Little House'!
A colourful and eclectic open plan, self-contained little dwelling at the end of our garden.
'Little House' is big in personality with mosaic steps, locally designed lights and vaulted ceiling. The open plan space includes a living area, a kitchenook with breakfast making facilities. A bedroom area and separate shower room.
'Little House' although separate to 'Big House', is in our garden, which we use. So, you might see Amy picking fruit and veges in the garden, Josh watering the garden or Xav bouncing on the trampoline (which you are welcome to have a bounce on)!
We have a wonderful waggy tailed Labrador called Breck, who will be anyone’s friend (but can easily be kept in our area of the property if you don't like dogs).
We hope you consider 'Little House' for your stay in the beautiful Hawkes Bay. Included in the price is linen, towels, cleaning, tea & coffee.
Ideally suited for a couple, due to the open plan nature of 'Little House'. But it can accommodate upto 3 people or small family comfortably.
Sorry no off street parking.
NO SMOKING on the premises, no exceptions.
Please note: we haven't quite finished a small area of landscaping at the back of the property...so there are a few building materials visible out one of the windows (price is a bit lower to reflect this)!

Amazing spaces from the front door to the Bedroom at the back. Everything tidy and beautifully decorated with an artistic flair! Did not need to use heat pump but loved electric blankets?? Highly recommend a stay at "Little House" when you visit the lovely Hawkes Bay
The Little House itself is lovely, well appointed, and modern. We struggled a bit with the bedding arrangements for me and my two girls. I shared the queen bed with my wriggly five year old, and neither of us got much sleep as the bed was very firm and bouncy. So at 1.30am on the second night I gave up and decided to hop in with my nine year old into the sofa bed. Unfortunately, the old heat pump in the living area was so noisy I also gave up on that bed at 2.30am! So not much sleep was had :(
