Bach or holiday home | Riverton | #35215
1950's Kiwi Bach where you can relax as a family (including your pets) on a large well fenced section.
The beach is a short walk away, where the children can enjoy the playground and ice cream shop.
Riverton has a lot too offer; great fishing, Paua and mussels on your door step, user friendly boat ramps.
Also plenty of rivers and beaches to swim in, bush only 20 mins away if you are into four wheel driving or hunting. But you still get the luxury of a
nice café (Mrs Clarkes Café) for breakfast, Lunch, Dinner or beer. Also a few other lovely restaurants around (if he didn't do so well at the fishing and hunting).
Our Bach is used to relax and enjoy the no Wifi or those Play Station things! Get out and explore what Riverton has to offer and have fun family time doing it!

Perfect spacious kiwi summer bach ,very homely, very close to the beach and only minutes from township.A bit cold for the chilly winter nights but ample wood provided, heaters and lots of blankets.Would absolutely recommend.
Great location but the property was freezing! Two bedrooms had panel heaters but that is not going to warm up the rooms in winter. Suggest a stronger form of heating in the bedrooms. Living room had a fire which was ok when it got going but wood was quite wet. All in all we found it very cold. Its a shame as we were really looking forward to our weekend away as a family. We knew we had booked a bach but expected it to be a little warmer and have all facilities booked.
Hi Kellie, Sorry you found the house cold. We have never had that sort of feedback from the place in the many years we have owned it. The fire is more than enough to keep the place warm to the point you have to open the house up. We have added a couple of heaters since as a back up in case the fire doesn't perform and turned the wood, seems the last load was dumped on top of the dry wood. I have had a chimney sweep around since your stay, hopefully not an issue that arises again.
