Special conditions: There is an unfenced section of the deck with a drop on to grass - due to this the property may not be suitable for small children. The bunk room is very compact and is better suited to children. There is a picturesque walkway from the property leading to the beach, but is slippery in winter and requires caution and supervision for children. When we arrived the driveway was overgrown at the sides to make a difficult entry. There was fungal growth over the deck but the worst was considerable black mould over the bedroom window blinds and yellow stains on the mattress cover. It was an awful unclean state. It is in a lovely area but poorly maintained.
