The flat has a single bedroom and a decent sized kitchen with dishwasher, gas hobs and oven. The bathroom has a generous shower and infinity hot water (i.e. never run out), and the laundry is equipped with a washing machine and dryer. During the warmer months you can enjoy the deck and in winter, it is centrally heated and fully insulated. There is off road parking available.
We offer free wifi, up to 2GB per day.
Our property is approximately 10km north of Wellington City. It is easily accessed from SH1 or SH2 and, traffic permitting, takes 12 minutes to drive to the ferries. It is a five minute walk to a bus stop that takes 20-30 minutes to get into town.
Newlands is a family-friendly suburb with a good supermarket and plenty of takeaway options. Adjacent Johnsonville has a mall, restaurants and a swimming pool. We can point you in the direction of nearby bush walks and parks if you are interested. Wellington is famous for its cafes and coffee, and we will be happy to recommend our favourites to you.

Fully appointed, cosy, modern, clean and tidy, generous and helpful owner, lots of Wellington info and brochures provided, close to supermarket, good views, easy drive to city centre (avoid rush hours if possible but still not too bad), great to have own off-street parking area, highly recommended and would use again without hesitation
