This property is exactly as described. It is beyond peaceful, the yurt itself is calming and comfortable. The composting toilet does not smell, by the way. We didn't use the fridge so can't comment on that aspect, but everything else was perfect. It may be a yurt, but it is not a compromise. However don't try to get there in a low-slung sports car! you need a bit of clearance. We didn't interact much with the people who live there - we kept to ourselves and that was fine.
