This stylish inner city apartment is located in the Britomart precinct in the heart of Auckland City.

The apartment is approximately 70 square meters in size and the dramatic high stud ceilings make for a very spacious environment. The large kitchen and open plan living is ideal for entertaining or hanging out with friends and family.

The location of the apartment faces west and catches the evening sun. There are views of the Sky Tower, the city skyline and the street below. The windows are all double glazed for warmth and noise reduction.

There are two bedrooms both with comfortable pocket sprung queen beds. High thread count sheets and quality linens are used to provide for a very comfortable nights sleep.

The lounge has a double sofa bed which is available should guests require it. The space can sleep a total of 6 people if the sofa bed is used. If the sofa bed is requested it is prepared prior to your arrival with a comforter, protector, sheets, bedspread and pillows.

There is a large LED Smart TV with Netflix, free Wifi, board games, travel adapters, USB charging in the kitchen, tasty plunger coffee, tea, sugar, milk and Oreos!

The apartment is located in the Harbour City Residences building which shares the space with a hotel so there is easy 24/7 access and of course there is the benefit of access to a pool and gym.

There is a variety of eating/entertainment/shopping options, including the weekly farmers’ market, as well as city wide transport; the huge waterfront area including the Viaduct and Wynyard Quarter; the Devonport and Waiheke ferries; and all that downtown Auckland has to offer – the cafes, restaurants, bars and boutiques.

PARKING: There is no parking onsite, however there are several parking buildings close by. You are right in the heart of the city and hence walking is a great mode of transportation!

Special conditions: Check-in is after 2PM. Guests to collect key at location or if after 6pm, key to be collected from lockbox (3 minute drive away). Lost keys $150 replacement plus any locksmith costs. No parties/events. Damage to large artworks by Chuck Gordo will be at the cost to guest - full replacement is $4000 per piece. Strictly non smoking with $1000 fine if breached.

  • The location is superb

    The location is superb. A short walk to a good supermarket and the central hub for rail transport. The apartment was comfortable and well equipped, including access to a pool and gym on the same floor. The only downside was parking, as we had a car, and had to find street parking as a cheaper option than managed car parks. In hindsight, I would have benefited from public transport convenience beyond the inconvenience of trying to find parking. Accommodation cost was higher due to a major event.

    Very good location in the city. 2 minutes from Britomart, 100 m from express bus airport, 5 minutes from queen street... perfetc place, the apartment is decorated with taste, very functional and with plenty of attention for the guests. Nothing is missing. Very clean. We return it's safe!
