A very comfortable and well equipped holiday bach with great sun, decks and views. As some others have pointed out it's definitely advantageous to have a means of transport, but this comment applies to much of Waiheke. If we were being really picky then some of the outdoor furniture could use a little TLC/replacing - but there was plenty of it and given the price point it was still excellent value for money.
We loved our week here. The house is really comfortable with everything you need, tastefully decorated & filled with natural light & it was fantastic having such a huge decked area with gorgeous views from both inside the house & out. As a few others have commented, it's a good 20 minute walk down the road to get to the beach (and 25 back up!) but once we got used to it we enjoyed it. Recommend staying here!
