Classic bach with simple amenities. Location in Marokopa was great for our needs and plenty of space for 4 guests.

  • A comfortable bach with plenty of beds and couches

A comfortable bach with plenty of beds and couches. The deck was a lovely place to have breakfast and there were two really comfy reclining deck chairs. The kitchen had everything we needed and a second fridge. Our highlights were scavenging for fossils , playing in the big rock pools, using the kayaks and flying kites in the prevailing westerlies. We took a 45 minute drive down to a powerful beach only accessible by a tunnel! Also stunned by the natural bridge and waterfall.

The house is very much the typical Kiwi Bach in a good location. A great place to relax. Would be helpful to have written instruction on turning on the water (i forgot the verbal instruction but figured it out). The house was a little untidy (loo especially), but still very comfortable. Handy shop across the road where I even purchased whitebait!
