Cottage | Pohara Beach | #36229
A cosy, simple home style cottage with a wood-fired log burner, open plan kitchen-living space, tea-making facilities and a day bed. It has a warm shared central space with four to five beds, a private double room, and a curtained alcove off the kitchen with room for one. With its sunny bay windows, small library and bathroom with shower, bath and laundry sink for hand washing, Shankaraya, as we name it, is the ideal spot for a couple, a group or a family to stay.
Just outside are the beautiful gardens and beech forest of Anahata Yoga Retreat, and within a short walk is access to the Abel Tasman National Park Inland Track and the stunning views. A place of inspiration for writers or artists and house of joy for any family or group. The ideal spot for day hikes and evenings by the fire.
