Property is on state highway 1. Very high level traffic noise. Direction to 'country road' is misleading. It is a shared driveway to back of property on highway. Property is smelly from lack of use. Bedding was old and not clean. Kitchen: oven has rust, decided fry pans and some saucepans were unusable.
