This cute, simple, little studio is only a short distance to local shops, cafes. Great coffee and excellent food is only a 3 min walk away.
It a perfect retreat for early morning flights as its only 5 mins from airport. There are excellent public transport options for an easy trip into the CBD.
It has it's little quirks, the shower pressure isn't great and there is a small walk up to the studio but the bed is very comfy and the views are stunning.
Because it is slightly elevated, you can relax on the deck and watch the sunset looking out to the South Island.
Fully self contained and close to amenities for people working in the city and needing a cosy place to stay.
Your hosts are on site and happy to help if your need any local knowledge.

Parking out on road. Have to carry luggage up driveway then up lots of stairs to bach. Was told you could park outside, not the case at all. No TV. Take own tea, coffee and milk as none supplied, and there was no hot water for showers. Bathroom could have been cleaner and no spare toilet paper. Very disappointed that we were not offered any refund due to hot water issue and lack of outside parking.Gave owner plenty of opportunity to rectify this. Never again.
When you booked, you were advised that parking is on the street. I also gave you my number and said to get in touch if you had any problems. You didn't until after you left. Sorry, I forgot to turn the hot water on. If you had have let me know at the time this would have been easily rectified. In the description it clearly says there is no TV and for the price it definitely does not claim to be luxury accommodation. There is tea, coffee and sugar in the canisters on the bench.
