Also a divine local Honeymoon first night stay without having to drive too far.
Your friendly hosts will ensure your total privacy but are conveniently located in the front of the section to provide assistance or advice if required.
CLEANING IS PROVIDED BUT GUESTS ARE EXPECTED TO LEAVE COTTAGE IN A REASONABLE CONDITION or an additional cleaning fee will be charged.
SINGLE NIGHT stays during the week may be considered.

Special conditions: No smoking on the property please. We have no off street parking. Guests are welcome to drive up ROW to the guests entrance gate to unload luggage into cottage then please back carefully to street parking outside. We have our friendly Golden retreiver dog "Tussock" on site. Please leave our cottage nice and tidy and vacate by 11am so we have time to ensure it is fabulous for our next wonderful guests.

Location is ideal - 1/2 block to the beach/ esplanade and short 5 minute walk to Sumner village for grocery store, cafes & restaurants. Flat is delightful - clean, well organized and efficient. Homey touches (flowers, reed diffusers, cd's and dvd's,) made our stay extra lovely. Enjoyed our stay, highly recommend, and hope to be back. Thanks!
Amazing property!! Italian and French fusion with fittings and furnishings. Beautiful crisp linen with comfy bed, gorgeous tiled floors, cosy heating (if needed) and amazing location right by Sumner beach. Perfect for a few days in Christchurch where we could go into the city to shop or look around (20min drive easy) then come back to relax and enjoy local restaurants, bars and lovely local shops. Would definitely stay again. LOVED IT!!
